Pranayam helps !!

Waking up with a bad pain in the leg has the capacity to make your day a gloomy one. Believe me , I am experiencing the same since the last few days.

7.00 A.M.  As I opened my eyes I felt a sharp pain in my right leg just below the knee and found myself incapable of moving the leg. So, I decided to remain on the bed and wait for the pain to subside. Soon I again drifted off to sleep which proves that the pain might have reduced. I again opened my eyes at 7.30 A.M and saw my hubby tossing and turning in the bed and my 4 yr old queen sleeping pracefully. I was just thinking of getting up .. being lazy as it was a holiday ..next day of Diwali, I suddenly saw my hubby jump up and run to the loo ... Finally I started my day with lazy stretches and a big YAWN.

9.30 A.M. Today something absurd happened. It is really unnatural in our home that nobody is interested for breakfast till 9.30 A.M. I literally had to beg my hubby to have breakfast , so after that I could go for a bath.

10 A.M  I had completed my bath and puja. Toasted 2 breads and sat down at the dining table with a cup of tea. Afterwards went ahead to fix lunch with my queen poking her nose in everything.

1 P.M. My hubby bought a guava plant and also brought some cowdung and asked me to plant the guava plant in front of our house .. yucks .. cowdung and mud .. stinking like hell ..

2 P.M. Plant was happy with its roots in the soil. My hubby was happy ..things were going as per his wish .. now time for lunch .. Queen had only rice .. no dal.. no sabzi .. she is like that. She has a bad cold. I am happy because she is at least eating.. she generally stops eating when she is not well.

4 P.M. Queen woke up at the noise of laughter from the tv room. Nowadays weather is getting colder and we have stopped using fans also. So the noises are relatively louder.

6.30 P.M. Now was my time. Queen was busy playing with her aunt and hubby busy  on the laptop. I was doing pranayama for sometime .. just attained a mental equilibrium and over. This 5 - 10 mins of pranayama helps me keep my stability and calm throughout the day.

9.00 P.M. Dinner was served and all in a happy mood. We have relatives coming over for bhaiya duj tomorrow.

11.00 P.M. Hit the bed .. tomorrow a long day awaits ..
